February Chapter Meeting
HR’s Strategic Role and the Hidden Strategic Plan

Due to a speaker cancellation, the content of this program has changed.

This program will help guide HR professionals on a path to becoming a strategic player within their organization, starting with understanding what strategic HR means, evaluating whether or not HR is a respected component of the organization, and identifying HR’s key role in contributing to a company’s strategic plan.  Strategic plans may not include HR, be shared with HR, or even formally developed, however HR professionals can get things started by developing their own HR strategic plan that aligns and supports the overall business goals of the organization.
