$10.00 – $15.00Spring Legal Update
Many of you may recall that our last Spring Legal Update was held shortly before the 2020 COVID shutdown. What a year it’s been! Time marches on and employment laws continue to change. In this year’s Spring legal update, Eric Athey of McNees Wallace & Nurick will address a variety of current issues, including what employers should expect during the Biden administration, vaccine policies, COVID leave as well as updating us on a host of pre-COVID issues such as medical marijuana, EEO law, FMLA cases and wage and hour law. This entertaining and popular presentation is designed to provide valuable takeaways for both seasoned HR professionals and newcomers to the field. We hope you can join us!
