January Chapter Meeting
1 / 12 / 2021 @ 7:45 am - 9:00 am
$10.00 – $15.00New Beginnings: Navigating Uncertainty with Intention
There is no doubt that 2020 has brought about tremendous change and uncertainty in our daily lives, personally and professionally. As we navigate change, we can choose to go with the flow and be reactive to it or shift to being proactive and intentionally navigate the change(s). This session will help individuals navigate changes that naturally occur in life by providing awareness of the emotional components of those changes and the tools to process through the emotions independently. Additionally, individuals will be able to put together an action plan to move forward intentionally. Understanding change and the components of the change are valuable not only to the individual who participates but also to be able to utilize the skills and knowledge gained to help employees and organizations with change management.
..
Learning Objectives – As a result of this program, attendees will be able to:
1. Frame beginnings with the phases of endings, neutral zone and beginnings
2. Connect the stages of grief as well as create awareness of how moods and emotions impact how we show up and navigate changes, such as new beginnings
3. Create individual’s personal brand by identifying purpose and values
