In this presentation, HR professionals will learn skills for healthy conflict engagement through memorable, real-life examples and illustrations. Tangible takeaways including learning about conflict styles and several methods for engaging in conflict so their organization can achieve its goals and objectives. Prepare to Tame the Grizzly of conflict!
Learning Objectives: As a result of this program, attendees will be able to:
1. Lead out of greater self-knowledge, including identifying personal conflict “f-word” (fight, flight, freeze or fawn), along with strategies and techniques to engage conflict that overcome natural tendency
2. Manage relationships and communicate with others by engaging conflict using the “Power of the Paws” two-step system
3. Enter any conflict situation with more emotional intelligence and see others with greater compassion, leading to a higher likelihood of using problem-solving skills over emotional reactions.
