Program –  Ready Where you Are: Professional Development for your HR Career

Speaker – Kim Kerrigan

Let’s take time to focus on YOU! As HR professionals we support our employees with Professional Development but rarely take the time to focus on our personal careers.  Join us as we discuss opportunities and share resources to help you reach your goals.

7:15 – 9:30am Extended program

As we focus on our HR Careers, we hope to inspire the next generation of HR professionals. The Workforce Readiness Committee has invited high school and college students to join our November program! Together we can work together and inspire each other to achieve our dreams and goals.

AND….. Students are invited!

Are you a parent of a high school or middle school student? Do you have an intern at your organization? The Workforce Development Board is sponsoring students to attend the LSHRM November breakfast program “Ready Where you Are” coordinated by the Workforce Readiness Committee.  This is a great opportunity to support the up-and-coming workforce!

To register your students, please contact Valerie Hatfield at vhatfield@lancastercountywib.com.
