M2 Construction is seeking a Human Resources & Office Manager to execute all responsibilities for human resources as well as manage daily office operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruitment, on-boarding, employee benefits administration, worker’s compensation, and safety administration. Additionally, the Human Resources & Office Manager will be responsible for assisting with project document management and providing insights to leverage technology and drive administrative efficiencies for the team. The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and manage competing priorities is essential to the role. The successful Human Resources & Office Manager candidate will align with the core values and strengthen the culture of the organization.

Human Resources & Office Manager position qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience within the construction industry, a plus
- Previous safety management experience, preferred
