Lancaster SHRM is excited to announce our Spring Professional Development Conference. We are excited to host an in person event that will focus on “Today’s Employees: How to Get ‘Em and How to Keep ‘Em.” It will be an fun and informative day full of new ideas, brainsharing, and hearing about what successful businesses across Lancaster have done in response to the Great Resignation, the Pandemic, and the changing workforce!
