So, Who’s Next?
Identifying and Preparing Next Level Management

In today’s talent landscape, the search for talent is tough, especially at the management level.  Organizations must be prepared to look internally for leadership candidates, and be willing to create development programs that take into account the priority values and behaviors that contribute to a successful workplace culture.  In this session, attendees will consider what skills and competencies are needed for managers to successfully meet the company’s strategic future plans and goals, as well as assess the current talent against these benchmarks.  Ideas will also be shared about appropriate elements in a leadership program, the process and specific steps of building an implementing talent development plans, how to measure the success of the programs, and challenges in refinement for ongoing implementation.

Learning Objectives – As a result of this program, attendees will be able to:
1. Leverage ideas to create a leadership development program
2. Start a plan to identify leadership talent
3. Identify leadership behaviors that align with organizational goals
4. Measure the success of a leadership program and plan for ongoing refinement
