About the Panel:
Rachel Ewell SPHR, Founder & CEO, Ewell Talent LLC
Rachel Ewell is the Founder & CEO of Ewell Talent and has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition. Before starting Ewell Talent, Rachel was a talent acquisition leader and senior HR partner in SaaS, professional services, and the hospitality industry. She focuses on executive recruiting, championing cutting-edge tech, and developing employer brands and engaging value propositions. Her journey has been one of crafting best practices that empower C-Suite and People leaders to make hiring and retaining top-tier talent a breeze. Rachel is also a Board Member for Lancaster SHRM where she continues to influence in shaping the future of talent practices. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware, and a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Change Management from Pennsylvania State University.
Erika Bodell CSP, Director of Business Development, Tri-Starr Staffing
Erika Bodell is excited to work in Business Development for TriStarr because she brings a unique perspective to the role due to her 5+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing candidates. She’s passionate about developing relationships and becoming a Trusted Advisor to our clients and to the members of our community. Originally from New England, Erika earned a degree in Visual Design for Communications from Fairfield University, and has spent time as a freelance graphic designer.
Maddy George SHRM-CP, HR Generalist, High Companies
Madeline “Maddy” George, SHRM-CP, is currently working as an HR Generalist at High Companies after having spent 2.5 years as a recruiter for the same company. Prior to this role, she was an HR Assistant at MGS Incorporated, and an HR Pre-Hire Administrator at Sheetz. Maddy earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
