Although you may not think about it, you negotiate many times every day – at work, in the community, with your family.  Imagine the benefits gained by enhancing your negotiation skills to create value for everyone in those discussions.  Join us to learn how to Prepare for Successful Negotiations!

 

Learning Objectives – As a result of this program, attendees will be able to:

  • Learn what is meant by distributive and integrative negotiating
  • Use a worksheet to identify each parties’ interests and positions
  • Develop your B.A.T.N.A. – Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement
  • Understand the value of using a communication target worksheet in preparing for critical negotiations
