Learning Objectives – As a result of this program, attendees will be able to:
- Learn what is meant by distributive and integrative negotiating
- Use a worksheet to identify each parties’ interests and positions
- Develop your B.A.T.N.A. – Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement
- Understand the value of using a communication target worksheet in preparing for critical negotiations
