What is the Lancaster Chamber’s Roundtable Program?
The HR Roundtable fosters meaningful peer-to-peer connection and discussion in an invigorating and confidential environment. The HR Roundtable is designed to encourage participants to exchange insight, offer feedback, and express challenges they’re facing in their position or organization while cultivating a valuable network.
Here’s What to Expect!
In our final HR Roundtable session of the year, hear a variety of perspectives on maximizing benefits as a recruitment and retention tool. Learn about the obligations and regulations for employers to offer employee benefits and understand out-of-the-box benefits that employers are offering to remain competitive. We’ll also discuss ways in which our current environment impacts employers’ decisions to provide supplementary employee benefits.
