Topic: Investigations

Join Theresa Mongiovi, Esq. and Jodi Wilenzik, Esq. of Post & Schell, P.C. for an in-depth seminar on workplace investigations in areas including harassment, discrimination, workplace violence, theft, code of ethics, and misconduct. The seminar will discuss legal requirements and practical issues when conducting workplace investigations. Attendees will learn the essential steps for responding to a complaint, how to define the scope of the investigation, ask effective questions, obtain and preserve relevant evidence, assess credibility, and document the findings. Collateral issues including insurance coverage, external investigators, leadership investigations, data preservation, confidentiality, and resulting corrective employment action will also be discussed.
