​About the Speaker:​

​​Harold G. Ford III, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the Practice Director for the Employer Solutions Practice at Net at Work. For over twenty-five years, Harold has helped HR and Payroll teams unleash the power of their business harnessing today’s technology. He has aided thousands of companies throughout North America improve workflow processes, achieve business objectives, and align HR to business strategy by utilizing his thought leadership, trusted advisement, and HR/Payroll body of knowledge. 

​As the Practice Director, Harold oversees the operations of the entire practice. His duties include setting practice vision, building strategies for customer, partner, and Net at Work success, and identifying new opportunities to add value to Net at Work’s clientele.  

​Harold is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where he has earned both Senior Professional certifications (SPHR and SHRM-SCP).  He is the past-President of the Lancaster SHRM and is an active participant of the Communication and Membership Committee.  

​Harold is an active speaker, speaking for local SHRM organizations, State SHRM, APA organizations, and various other speaking events.
