Event Description: Through a mix of storytelling, interactive exercises, and meaningful dialogue, this workshop helps participants explore the perspectives, values, and experiences that shape how we interact, communicate and work. Attendees will develop greater empathy and awareness, learning strategies to bridge gaps, break down barriers, and foster inclusive environments. The session provides tools for building stronger relationships, improving communication, and leveraging differences as strengths within teams and organizations.

About Leadership Lancaster: At Leadership Lancaster, emerging and existing leaders from diverse backgrounds are immersed in community-based, experiential learning to prepare them for impactful leadership in Lancaster County. Leadership Lancaster has been training a diverse group of existing and emerging leaders to be stewards of our community for 40 years.
