This series consists of a 1.5 year block to include 6 sessions geared towards new HR professionals.

Join facilitators Kasey Patterson and attorney Wanda Whare on April 11th from noon to 1pm while they provide a basic introductory session to give an overview of best practices in disciplining and terminating employees. They will answer such questions as:
- What are best practices when disciplining employees?
- If discipline doesn’t work, what should I do to prepare for the termination?
- Who should be present when disciplining or terminating employees?
