Dealing with Governmental Administration Agencies – (EEOC, PHRC, DOL, WHD, NLRB, OSHA, UC)
The presentation will include a summary of both federal and state administrative agencies and divisions such as the EEOC, PHRC, DOL, WHD, NLRB, UC, and OSHA. The program’s purpose is to provide the attendees with an overview of what each agency or division is responsible for, the interplay between the agency’s duties and the workplace, and best practices when faced with an investigation, charge, or challenge.
