In this interactive presentation, Steve shares with the audience the ‘5 L’s of Leadership’ that will help them to be the leader they’ve always wished they had. Steve will explore with the audience
the importance of the 5 L’s of Leadership, how they work both professionally and personally to improve relationships and address conflict, all while laughing a little bit.

Leadership is action. In this interactive presentation, Steve will break down leadership in a way that allows you to focus on your team as you strengthen relationships and navigate workplace conflicts.

Steve Goble is the Owner/Chief People Builder of the Goble Group, a talent and leadership development organization serving businesses, non-profits, and teams in Central PA and surrounding areas. He is passionate about growing organizations by helping them solve their people problems across generations and leadership levels. Steve is an Author, a Founding Partner of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, a Convene Advisory Board Chairman, a Certified Human Behavior Consultant, and was a ’40 Under 40’ recipient from the Central Penn Business Journal in 2017. Steve currently resides in Lancaster County, PA with his family, where he serves on the preaching team at Good Shepherd Community Church, enjoys petting other people’s dogs and is open to great conversation over a pint or dram of whiskey.
