Hello Lancaster SHRM!

This Spring, whether you’re a seasoned HR professional or just starting your career, there are plenty of LSHRM events designed to enhance your knowledge and keep you connected.
Already this year, on January 14th, Danny Goldberg presented The Infinite ROI of Care, helping us understand how investing in employee well-being translates to long-term success.
In February, Greg Davidson Laszakovits led us through Tame the Grizzly: Training for Healthy Conflict Engagement, offering practical strategies for managing conflict and fostering healthier workplace relationships.
In March, we held our Spring Legal Update with speaker Micah Saul. The extended session provided valuable insights into recent legal changes, helping us stay on top of compliance and emerging issues in the HR world
Your LSHRM team is committed to providing you with relevant, high-quality content that will help you grow as an HR professional. Whether it’s through legal updates, leadership training, or exploring workforce resources, Lancaster SHRM is here to support you. I am incredibly excited about the upcoming events we have planned and the opportunities they provide for professional development and networking.
We’ve worked hard to bring you content that will inspire and support your HR journey. I sincerely hope to see many of you tonight at our mixer, sponsored by Net at Work. It will be a great chance to connect with fellow members, enjoy some refreshments, and build new relationships in a fun, relaxed setting.
