As Vice President of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role impacting the future growth
and culture of the organization:
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing team responsible for key HR functions,
including safety, benefits, talent management, recruiting, and organizational
development.
• Evolving HR policies and initiatives to operationalize our core values of Transparency,

What You Bring to the Table
You are a strategic and innovative HR leader with:
• A proven track record of over 10 years in executive-level HR leadership.
• Expertise in developing and executing HR strategies that attract, retain, and grow
exceptional talent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and foster
collaboration across all levels.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field, with advanced HR certifications such
as SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• A passion for creating purpose-driven, people-focused cultures that align with
organizational values and goals.
