Program Description
The effectiveness of an organization’s Onboarding program directly impacts employee retention, engagement, productivity and satisfaction, which of course is reflected in the organization’s bottom line.

This interactive session provides an overview of a systematic framework for developing custom onboarding programs that will:
Illustrate how a well-defined, repeatable onboarding program will help build better people for better business;
Provide a current reality assessment tool to evaluate an organization’s current program;
Assist organizations in developing their own onboarding program aimed at reducing turnover.

As a result of this program, attendees will be able to:
Understand the benefits of an onboarding program for both employees and employers;
Evaluate the cost of employee turnover;
Identify critical success factors of an onboarding program; and
Identify and implement the five key stages of an onboarding program process.

Speaker Description
Pamela Haines has extensive consulting experience developing and implementing business strategies that unleash explosive business growth. She has worked with clients across a broad range of industries including Real Estate Management and Investment, Construction, Global Technology Solutions & Services, Publishing, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, and Non-Profit organizations.  She has developed onboarding and orientation processes for clients to help reduce employee turn-over and increase organizational effectiveness.
