For our 2018 programming year, Lancaster SHRM is proud to present a series of breakfast programs focused on The Employee Experience: From Recruitment to Separation.  Our kick-off program will address the start of the employer/employee relationship beginning with recruitment and hiring.

Program Description
The labor market is TIGHT.  As of October 2017, the unemployment rate in Lancaster County was 3.3%.  It is critical for companies to start candidates off on the right foot from the moment the candidate experience begins.  This session will explore how to attach and engage candidates from sourcing to hire.  Content will include innovative ways to attract talent and maintain engagement through the hiring process.

Amanda Robinson is a PHR and SHRM-CP certified professional, with 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition.  Amanda has worked in the temporary staffing industry, and currently serves as the Field Talent Acquisition Manager for Flagger Force, the industry leader in traffic control safety.  In her role with Flagger Force, Amanda oversees the hiring process for field employees throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware and Virginia.
